Every product is printed on demand. We do not hold inventory, which means standard returns for preference changes are not part of the model.
What we cover without question:
- Defective print quality
- Wrong item received
- Damaged in shipping
- Significant size discrepancy from listed measurements
If any of the above apply, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it. No performance required.
Size guidance: Check the size chart on every product page before ordering. When in doubt, size up — the blanks run true to size but heavyweight cotton has minimal stretch.
